2. Eligibility

3. Account Creation, Identity, and Verification

By creating an account, you agree to:

4. Content Ownership, Licensing, and Admin Access

You retain ownership of all content you submit.

However, by using the Service, you grant Real Before Reveal a broad license to:

• Deleted messages
• Edited message history
• Deleted photos and videos
• Drafts or unsent content (if logged)
• Use content for moderation, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
• Use content to improve internal tools and platform features

You acknowledge that there is no expectation of absolute privacy within the platform. Authorized staff may access any content for safety, moderation, or legal reasons.

Deleting content from your interface does not guarantee immediate deletion from our systems.

5. Data Retention & Logs

The platform may retain logs of:

• Messages (including deleted and edited versions)
• Media uploads (including deleted items)
• Login IPs, device info, timestamps
• Reports, blocks, suspensions, and appeals

Retention lasts as long as necessary for safety, legal, and operational reasons.

6. Live Audio & Video Monitoring

The Service may include live audio/video calls, voice notes, or streams. By using these features, you consent to:

• Possible monitoring
• Possible recording
• Automated moderation tools (e.g., nudity detection)
• Review by authorized staff

Recordings may be used for safety, moderation, and legal purposes.

7. User Conduct Rules

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or AI to interact with the platform
• Upload explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content
• Engage in scams, financial exploitation, or “sugar” arrangements (if prohibited)
• Stalk, harass, or harm users off‑platform
• Scrape data or harvest information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Service
• Use the platform for commercial or promotional purposes

8. Safety & Monitoring Rights

To maintain a safe, bot‑free, and trustworthy environment, Real Before Reveal may review, access, and monitor:

• Chats and messages
• Photos and images
• Audio recordings
• Video uploads or video calls
• Profile information
• Reported content
• Suspicious activity

Monitoring may be automated, manual, or both.

The platform does not sell or publicly share private user content.

9. Moderation Powers

The platform reserves the right to:

• Review any account or content at any time
• Remove, hide, or edit content
• Suspend, restrict, or permanently ban users
• Act without prior notice
• Limit features (e.g., messaging, video access)
• Shadow‑limit visibility

An appeals process may be offered, but final decisions are at the platform’s discretion.

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for:

• User interactions or harm caused by other users
• Loss of data
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Technical issues or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

13. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Subscription plans may auto‑renew unless canceled.

• No refunds are given for bans due to rule violations.
• Accounts involved in chargebacks or payment fraud may be suspended.

14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

15. Account Termination & Data After Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• Some data may remain in logs or other users’ inboxes.
• The platform may terminate accounts at any time for safety or rule violations.

The platform may share data with law enforcement when required or when someone is at risk of serious harm.

17. Technical & Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to follow all community rules designed to maintain a respectful, values‑based environment. 18C. No Off‑Platform Contact Agreement

To protect user safety, you agree not to pressure, coerce, or manipulate other users into moving conversations off‑platform (e.g., to phone, social media, or messaging apps). Users may choose to move off‑platform voluntarily, but any attempt to force or guilt someone into doing so is prohibited.

18D. Consent to Monitoring

By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the monitoring practices described in Sections 4, 6, and 8. This includes the review of messages, media, audio, video, and activity logs for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Monitoring may be automated, manual, or both.

18E. Consent to Content Retention

You acknowledge and agree that the Service may retain copies of messages, media, logs, and other content even after you delete them from your interface. Retention is necessary for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

18F. Agreement to Report Harm

You agree to report any behavior that appears dangerous, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful—whether directed at you or another user. Reporting helps maintain a safe environment and allows the platform to take appropriate action.

19. Changes to Terms

The platform may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
